Dal 2002 ad oggi, le nostre sale sono state testimoni di brindisi, risate e incontri. Abbiamo accolto migliaia di voi e ogni piatto servito è stato un pezzetto della nostra storia.
Oggi sentiamo il bisogno di tornare alle origini, alla dimensione più intima dell'ospitalità. Abbiamo deciso di trasformare il nostro ristorante in un'esperienza esclusiva per gli ospiti che soggiornano in struttura.
Il ristorante cambia veste e nome, diventando Olivum agri bistrò. Non sarà più aperto al pubblico esterno, ma diventerà un rifugio riservato, un salotto dove chi dorme da noi potrà riscoprire i sapori autentici della nostra terra in totale tranquillità.
Grazie a chi ci ha scelto in questi 24 anni.
E a chi verrà a trovarci per un soggiorno: non vediamo l’ora di mostrarvi la nostra nuova casa.

From 2002 to today, our dining rooms have witnessed toasts, laughters and shared moments. We have welcomed thousands of you, and every dish served has been a small piece of our story.
Today, we feel the need to return to our roots, to a more intimate dimension of hospitality. We have decided to transform our restaurant into an exclusive experience for guests staying at our resort.
The restaurant changed its look and its name, becoming Olivum agri bistrò. It will no longer be open to the general public, but will become a private retreat, a lounge where those staying with us can rediscover the authentic flavors of our land in complete serenity.
Thank you to everyone who has chosen us over these 24 years. And to those who will come to visit us for a stay: we can’t wait to show you our new home.
